Today's lineup includes three items that caught my attention for different reasons. Gluetread Expedition Tire Repair Kit - After seeing claims on Facebook about sidewall tire repairs, I was skeptical but did my research. This US-proven system includes quality aluminum handles (not plastic rubbish that breaks), tire plugs, sidewall patches, emergency valves that work from outside the tire, and double-sealed adhesive. The emergency valves are particularly clever - no need to remove the tire from the rim. Kit is well thought out and compact enough for any vehicle. OutIn Nano Portable Espresso Machine - Sent by Konrad from Special Adventures DE for testing. Battery-powered unit that works with Nespresso capsules or ground coffee. Coffee comes out at around 70°C - warm and drinkable but not hot. Better suited for capsules than ground coffee due to convenience. Main concern is the NMC lithium chemistry which will degrade over time, especially with daily use cycles. Kilos Gear Rover Camping Light X - Having used similar extendable camplights for the past year, this one stands out with its telescopic tripod base extending to 93cm. Four individually adjustable light panels, multiple color modes including orange for insect reduction, and power bank functionality. Magnetic feet, reflective panels, and diamond-shaped holes for pegging down. Ran for 26 hours on orange setting during testing. Currently my pick for telescopic camplights. All products will be properly field-tested over time with follow-up reports. As always, these are honest assessments based on real-world use, not marketing fluff.
