Healthcare Access Should NOT be a Luxury

Healthcare Access Should NOT be a Luxury

I’m asking for monthly support because the care that keeps me functioning isn’t a one-time expense—it’s something I need to pay for every single month.

Without consistent help, I’m often forced to ration pain medication, delay necessary treatment, and choose between healthcare, groceries, and other basic living expenses.

Monthly contributions give me more stability and help me stay on top of my care instead of constantly falling behind.

Pain medication: $60/month
Testosterone: $120/month
Medical travel: $150+/month

That’s $330+ every month, before other medications, appointments, groceries, and basic living expenses.

Monthly support can help cover:

$5/month — medication copays, gas, or smaller travel costs
$10/month — part of the cost of getting to medical appointments
$20/month — a meaningful portion of pain medication or testosterone
$60/month — one full month of pain management
$120/month — one full month of testosterone

Small contributions truly add up.

  • 12 people giving $5/month could cover my pain medication

  • 12 people giving $10/month could cover my testosterone.

Consistent support helps me avoid having to choose between groceries, pain relief, hormones, and medical appointments. It gives me a better chance of accessing the care I need before a manageable problem spirals an emergency.

If you’re able, please consider becoming a monthly supporter on BuyMeACoffee or Patreon.

Even $5 or $10 a month makes a real difference, and larger contributions can directly help cover pain management, testosterone, or medical travel.

If you can’t contribute, sharing this post can still help it reach someone who can.

Thank you for helping me access the care I need to function. ❤️‍🩹
