Today I am going round in circles on a local town route around Dalkeith. As I drive I see loads of people and some like to have a wee chat about all sorts of things. We are not just drivers to some people we are the little human contact they have , so i chat back . I don't allways understand what's being said or why it's being said to me but this small interaction can make a big difference to someone's day and or life. The bus is often a social event not just a journey or a means to and end , especially with some of our more elderly passengers.
So should you be travelling on a bus say good morning or hello. Even if that's the only thing you say it helps trust me.
