I spent years producing films, with credits at Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW, before I walked away from Hollywood and moved to Medellín. Seven years later, this is what I do instead: write, film, and figure out what it actually looks like to build a life somewhere else on purpose, not as an escape.

A Texas Nomad is the newsletter. Each issue is a travel story, a book, and sometimes a few extras. I write them all. The videos are the rest of it: Colombian culture, language, the visa process, what nobody tells you about actually making the move, put together with a small team on production and editing.
